Fees & Payment
What is your fee policy?
Evaluations
Evaluation fees range from $3,150 to $4,950 total (billed at $225 per hour)
Psychological testing fees include time spent in administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing. Before testing is initiated you will be provided with an estimate of total time and cost.
Therapy
Initial therapy evaluation: $250 (60 - 90 minutes)
Individual and family therapy sessions: $200 (60 minutes), $175 (45 minutes), $150 (30 minutes)
Phone consultations that exceed 15 minutes: $25 per 15 minute increment
Cash, Venmo/Zelle, checks, credit card, and Health Savings Accounts are all accepted forms of payment.
A Good Faith Estimate of cost of services can be provided in writing as part of the intake process.
When will I be charged for the evaluation?
The evaluation fee is split into two payments. The first payment is due at the time of the in office testing and the final payment is due following the feedback session.
Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Hull is an out of network provider; however you will receive receipts (“super bills” in insurance speak) with all of the necessary information that you can submit to your insurance to process claims and reimbursement to yourself. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to discuss the reimbursement process and rates.

What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hour notice is required regarding cancellations to avoid being charged for that time.
Do you prescribe medication?
Licensed Clinical Psychologists are not permitted to prescribe medication in the state of Illinois. If medication is being considered, an appropriate referral will be provided.
Where is the office located and where should I park?
Dr. Hull’s office is located at 180 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, at the southwest corner of Michigan Avenue and Lake Street. It is conveniently located near public transportation and several parking garages are nearby.
